The Booth Company (TBC), an international provider of leadership development surveys, recently launched Pulse Check – a survey feature that is seamlessly integrated with its .NET survey hosting platform, TruScore®.
Once a TruScore® participant receives survey results, they determine the key areas that require improvement and build a development plan based on those areas. Three to six months after the original survey completion, the TruScore® participant can create a custom Pulse Check survey to determine progress on their development plan.
“Practical and constructive follow-up is a vital aspect of a multi-rater feedback survey,” said Derek Murphy, President and COO of TBC. “We created the Pulse Check survey feature to give survey participants the ability to “quick check” on goal development items, which can help participants stick to their goals.”
Pulse Check is a new feature of TruScore®, a survey hosting platform that requires no software installation and can be accessed by administrators, participants, and raters from any computer that has an internet connection and browser.
A longtime technological leader in the talent development industry, The Booth Company released TruScore® in 2007. TruScore® is designed to be compatible with a broad range of assessments, making it an ideal platform for independently authored surveys, corporate university content, as well as TBC’s line of validated assessments.
