Participant Initial

This email is used to notify survey participants of their enrollment in the feedback project. It also provides information for setting up a TruScore™ participant portal account and describes the key steps that need to be completed in order to have a successful feedback project.

Participant Status Update

This email is used to notify survey participants of the status of surveys received, to date, for their feedback project. If the surveys received are low, participants are prompted to remind their raters to complete the surveys by the deadline date.

RATER EMAILS

Rater Initial

This email is sent by survey participants to the raters they have selected. It notifies the raters of their participation in rating the survey participant and provides the instructions necessary for completing their survey.

Rater Reminder

This email is sent by survey participants to remind their raters to complete the survey by the deadline date. It also provides raters with the instructions necessary for completing their survey.
